Hello Everyone,
I started noticing an increase in hair loss in my mid 20's. I started using propecia when I was around 29 or so at first due to the convenience of just popping a pill once a day. I did that for a few years and it seemed to stabalize the hair loss. I added in Rogaine when I was around 32 and added Nizoral shampoo 1% about 2 years ago. I am in my late 30's and still have a good set of hair. My father is bald and my mothers father was had a receding hairline so I owe what i have to the products and regimen i used. Hopefully it will continue to work until I get to my 60's or 70's where I wont care as much about being bald.
So Propecia and Rogaine Foam are definitely working for me. I dont know about the Nizoral but its a shampoo and i use it a few times a week and regular shampoo the rest of the days.. Its not that expensive and we all need to wash our hair anyway so I stick with it just in case.
