Hi
I am 30 and my hair has been falling out a more lately than normal. My frontal hairline is receding and the top is thinning as well. I am now to the point where i want to do something about it. But i am kind of on a budget.
can someone recommend something i should start with thats affordable and that has a good chance of working for me.
any help would be appreciated.

if you are on a budget i would start off with some kind of minoxidil such as rogaine (about $45 for 3 months) or kirkland ($26 for 6 months) for a cheaper version. Use this at least for 3 or 4 months to see if it works for you.
If you can afford propecia then do that but that costs around $200ish for a 3 months supply, but can vary depending on where you get it since its a prescription drug.
then maybe add nizoral if you start off with minoxidil. This should be good to start and test the waters.

its better to start with the natural prevention for hair loss like adding more proteins, irons and vitamins in your body system. You can get those from foods like Fish, beef, chicken, Eggs and Dairy, Beans (including soy), and Nuts and Seeds. MILO has iron 19%, calcium 16%, protein with 5%, and magnesium 34%. I've just read from reliable source that iron deficiency can cause pattern baldness.
